CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens so if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours before hand. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. you will be charged a cancellation fee that must be paid in full before rescheduling. If you no-call no-show, you will be charged 50% of the estimated service cost. Of course some things are completely inevitable and it's understandable when something unexpected occurs, so I will make sure to keep this in mind while enforcing this policy. This is not ideal on my end either: however. this is my job and source of income. All l ask for is a heads up! Thank you so much for understanding!
